Product Availability

Be aware that there are events, commonly called force majeure, that prevent or make completion of an order impossible. Examples can be war, severe weather, political upheaval, fires, declared local or national emergencies or other events of equal magnitude that make it impossible or impracticable to manufacture, ship or fulfill an order. You agree that in the case of such events, we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty due to inability to fulfill or ship product.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every attempt to avoid errors, typographical errors can and do occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
