Recasting Guarantee

We guarantee we will recast any of our gold jewelry accidentally deformed by its owner at half the going cost of production as long as the piece is returned, its weight is the same, and original proof of purchase is included with the insured return.  Keep in mind that any introduced impurities to our gold or attempt to commit fraud voids this warranty, and the product will be kept as evidence of fraud.  That said, if you deform your piece of jewelry and want it recast, call us because we want to know about it.  Check out our YouTube video of us “accidentally” destroying our pieces in ridiculous ways as “shit happens”.   Otherwise, email us and let us know what happened, and we will assign you an Order Number.  We are a family-run business and pride ourselves on good service, but be rude, expect the same.

 

 

(1) Mail the assigned order number, your deformed piece, and proof of purchase (receipt) to Rhodes 24k LLC, c/o Rhodes Legal Group, 918 South Horton Street, Suite 902, Seattle, WA   98134.  Mail insured with signature tracking, please.  We are not responsible for things sent that we do not receive, nor are we responsible for tracking or transit. It all starts and ends with sending us an insured trackable package.

(2) In the box with gold, assigned order number and proof of purchase, put your phone number, email, and preferred present mailing address you can receive and sign for packages in person during the next 30 days.  We do not mail back to PO Boxes, other people’s homes, business addresses, etc., due to fraud and issues around dishonesty.  Keep it simple, and so will we.  

(3) Immediately email the tracking information along with your contact information to help@rhodes24k.com.  We will only be responsible for picking up packages sent to the right address that we know about before delivery time.

(4) Upon receipt, we video unboxing, weight, checking purity, and the state of the piece.  Assuming everything is correct, we will call or email you and update you.  Give us a couple of days to do so.  Your piece will be put into our production process again and reshipped.  Expect this to be a 1-3 week process, depending on production cycle, unless there is a reason to rush.

(5) You will be responsible for making 50% reduced payment for production at the time we unbox and reach out to confirm receipt.

(6) If everything is not correct, we reserve the right to either mail back the contents or keep it for litigation around fraud.  If you are honest, you will not have a problem; if you attempt fraud, we will not be nice.  We expect the same, and it goes for us.
